At Angels Shapewear, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a change, we offer a 30-day exchange period from the date you receive your order.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges only for size or color.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

All original tags must be attached

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
We also do not accept exchanges for:

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Custom or personalized orders
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for:

The return shipping cost

The shipping cost for the replacement item
These costs are not covered by the store.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds.
All approved returns will be processed only as an exchange for size or color, provided the item meets the return requirements listed above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at:
